Job Summary:

The Maintenance Specialist will act as the Subject Matter Expert for day-to-day Facilities Maintenance activities and back-office procedures in order to support the Maintenance field team daily service execution. This includes invoice reviews and approvals, reviewing and updating standard repair costs, invoice disputes, and assisting stakeholders with questions. Position may specialize in single or multiple lines of business (HVAC, Fuels, Refrigeration, Food Service Equipment, Car Wash etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and create capital projects for maintenance repairs and equipment replacements.
• Leverages industry experience to review and approve invoices submitted by external service providers. (PM, BCP, parts and expense)
• Deferred Management
• Capital training and research
• Review, approve or deny Franchisee charge disputes based on the maintenance agreements and historical data.
• Ability to interpret contract charge matrix by equipment type.
• Work with business and external stakeholders to answer questions and create processes within their specialized line of business•
• Miscellaneous Invoicing reviews and approvals

Education/Experience:

Education: Bachelors/4yr Degree

Yrs of Experience: 4 - 8 years

Additional Responsibilities:

• Utilize maintenance field experience to review and approve invoicing
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver concise, detail oriented written communications to service providers and key stakeholders, both internal, and external
• Combine industry knowledge and analytical analysis of costs trends by line of business for constant improvement and cost saving efforts
• Must be self-motivated and team orientated while being comfortable navigating the fast pace of retail maintenance
• Experience quickly identifying issues and resolving problems to provide customers with best possible experience.

Pay: $85,000.00 -$127,500.00 Annual
