Scope of Support
1. Active Participation in Maintenance Activities
- Assembly and installation of machines and equipment
- Troubleshooting and repair activities
- Participation in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Participation in root cause analysis and identification of failure causes
2. Support in Preparing Maintenance Documentation
- Preparation and maintenance of LOTOTO (Lockout/Tagout/Tagout) documentation
- Development and maintenance of maintenance instructions
- Management and maintenance of training documentation
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports
3. Support in Spare Parts Management
- Identification of required spare parts
- Identification of critical spare parts
- Definition and monitoring of minimum and maximum stock levels
- Identification of alternative/replacement spare parts and standardization opportunities
- Support with initiating and tracking purchase orders
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Advanced knowledge of SAP PM/MM modules
- User-level knowledge of SAP Ariba
- Advanced Excel skills
- English language skills at conversational level
- 3–5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in maintenance, process engineering, or project engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in machining/manufacturing
