You ensure that machinery and equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently while leading maintenance activities across shifts. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Section Leader, you play a critical role in supporting continuous operations and aligning maintenance priorities with plant needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians across rotating shifts to ensure consistent performance.
  • Perform and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on all equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and drive timely repairs to reduce downtime.
  • Ensure effective shift handovers and clear communication between teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and spare parts usage in CMMS.
  • Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Section Leader to align maintenance with production priorities.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
  • Experience working in shift-based or 24/7 operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
