We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Maintenance Systems & Compliance Supervisor to join our Building Services team and support the delivery of safe, reliable and efficient hospital operations.

Reporting to the Facilities Engineering Manager, you will oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program, statutory compliance, contractor governance and facilities systems across a complex private hospital. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, improving system performance and maintaining the integrity of our maintenance and asset management systems.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinate and oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program, ensuring maintenance activities are completed, documented and compliant with statutory and organisational requirements.
• Maintain statutory compliance records, certifications, service reports and asset information within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Act as the system owner for facilities management platforms, maintaining data integrity and driving continuous system improvements.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure documentation complies with contractual, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits, inspections and compliance reporting activities.
• Manage the hospital's car parking portfolio, including system administration, access management, application processing, waitlist management and process governance.
• Analyse maintenance performance data and identify opportunities to improve asset reliability, compliance and operational performance.
• Coordinate purchase orders, contractor quotations and planned maintenance documentation to support the timely delivery of maintenance services.

Skills and experience:

• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in engineering, building services, facilities management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a building, engineering or facilities environment.
• Experience managing planned maintenance programs, statutory compliance or facilities management systems.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation, contractor management and safe work practices.
• Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• High attention to detail with excellent documentation and record management skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across contractors, operational teams and key stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise competing workloads, manage multiple activities simultaneously and work autonomously.
• Experience within healthcare, aged care, education or other complex facilities is highly desirable.
