  • Manage void property maintenance to meet turnaround KPIs, ensuring properties are safe and ready for letting.
  • Conduct technical inspections and oversee disability modifications in line with OT reports and internal policies.
  • Monitor WHS compliance, conduct safety inspections, and ensure work meets building codes and Australian Standards.
  • Review contractor performance, maintain accurate work order records, and ensure value‑for‑money outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Tenancy Services, Asset Operations, and external contractors.

About You

You are proactive, organised, and solutions‑driven, with strong technical and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You Bring:

  • A trade qualification, contractor licence, or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, asset management, or related fields.
  • A solid understanding of WHS responsibilities.
  • Experience in social housing or disability accommodation (desirable).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to social justice, inclusion, and Link Wentworth’s values.

You Also Have:

  • A valid National Police Check (within 6 months).
  • Willingness to meet vaccination requirements.
  • A current NSW driver’s licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle.
  • Ability to work from a Link Wentworth office up to five days per week as required.

Why Work With Us?

At Link Wentworth, you’ll be part of an organisation that is growing, ambitious, and deeply committed to improving housing outcomes in NSW.

We offer:

  • A supportive, collaborative workplace culture
  • Career development and internal mobility opportunities
  • Flexible work options
