
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor role in Burlington, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence across all equipment and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead the night shift maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimal production downtime.
· Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and emergency repairs.
· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely manner.
· Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement strategies to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
· Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance technicians to support skill development and team performance.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts usage, and equipment history.
· Assist with planning and execution of equipment upgrades, installations, and shutdown projects.
· Ensure proper inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field preferred.
· Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
· Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility to work night shift hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
