Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all company facilities, systems, and equipment. This role requires a technically skilled and proactive professional who can manage maintenance activities, lead a team of technicians, and ensure that all facilities remain in top operational condition.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on projects in Riyadh, bringing valuable technical knowledge and on-site maintenance expertise to support the company’s operations.

Requirements

  • Supervise and manage all maintenance activities within the company’s facilities, including offices, furniture, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Oversee office setup, furnishing, and workspace arrangements, ensuring all areas are well maintained and functional.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and laborers, ensuring daily tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and according to standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems and assets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or furnishing needs and ensure timely and quality repairs.
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for maintenance works, furniture procurement, and office renovation needs.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, materials, and vendor contracts effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Support facility upgrades, office expansions, renovations, and improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility or maintenance supervision.
  • Proven experience working on projects in Riyadh (required).
  • Strong technical background in building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and furniture maintenance
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities efficiently.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
