The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating activities in maintenance to ensure safe production standards are met in a timely manner. Will be responsible for carrying out managerial/supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, leading, directing and assigning work; training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and counseling employees when necessary to maintain a high standard of employee relations.
