The Maintenance Supervisor leads and develops the maintenance organization supporting a high-mix, CNC-based accessories manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for establishing disciplined maintenance systems that support equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance. The Maintenance Supervisor provides overall leadership and direction for the maintenance team while partnering closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to advance preventive maintenance, reliability, and long-term capability. Day-to-day execution on the floor is supported by senior technical leadership within the team, allowing the supervisor to focus on development, systems, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technologies required. Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Working Conditions
Manufacturing environment supporting CNC machining and metal forming operations. Regular shop floor presence required. Occasional extended hours may be necessary during critical equipment events.
