
Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of a maintenance department and the supervision of a team responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of fleet. Ensure all repairs and/or maintenance to equipment (diesel fleet, alternate fuel, containers, and other heavy-duty equipment) is performed in accordance with Company safety and compliance standards, and with all federal/state regulations.
Starting Salary: 80-85K plus 20% STIP Bonus. More pay available based on experience, certifications and skill level.
Overseeing our Henderson NC Location.

The Maintenance Supervisor may work in various weather conditions. May be exposed to unpleasant sights and smells, such as exhaust fumes, gasoline, diesel fuel, and other dangerous and/or toxic substances or chemicals. Working around moving parts/objects, vehicles, machinery with moving parts.
