About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities across our operations.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work closely with site leaders, production teams, contractors and Engineering to ensure plant and equipment is safe, reliable and available for production.

This is a hands-on role covering planned, reactive and shutdown maintenance, contractor coordination, maintenance costs and asset reliability. You will also play an important role in identifying opportunities to reduce downtime, improve maintenance practices and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and supervise planned, reactive and shutdown maintenance.
  • Coordinate tradespeople, maintenance teams and contractors.
  • Monitor plant and equipment and schedule corrective maintenance.
  • Manage unplanned work and communicate impacts on production.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSE requirements, legislation and company standards.
  • Review work scopes and confirm required tools, materials and resources.
  • Manage maintenance materials, equipment, spares and contractor services.
  • Support maintenance budgets, capital projects and asset care initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation and site drawings.
  • Support teams in the effective use of computerised maintenance systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve plant reliability, reduce downtime and optimise maintenance plans.

About You

You are an experienced maintenance professional with strong planning, leadership, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in maintenance supervision, planning or scheduling, ideally within a manufacturing, production, industrial or similar environment.
  • Experience coordinating tradespeople, contractors and shutdown activities.
  • Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, asset care and reliability.
  • A strong commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Experience using computerised maintenance systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with production and maintenance teams.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and reducing plant downtime.

Relevant maintenance planning, asset care or technical qualifications and the ability to read technical drawings will be highly regarded.
