As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities and leading front-line employees to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and other support teams to maintain equipment performance and achieve operational objectives.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership for maintenance operations by coordinating resources, supporting workforce development, and ensuring adherence to established processes and safety standards. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall business performance.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Leading and supervising front-line maintenance employees to ensure safe and effective execution of maintenance activities.
Supporting daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
Coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
Monitoring work schedules, resource allocation, and maintenance priorities to meet operational requirements.
Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
Identifying operational issues and implementing effective corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
Managing activities within established budgets and contributing to efficient use of resources.
Maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, and operational documentation.
Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Supporting employee development through coaching, performance management, and skills development initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
Have experience leading or supervising employees within a manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment.
Have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Have the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Have experience supporting maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational performance.
Have fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and leadership teams.

This role follows standard working hours and may require schedule flexibility based on business and operational needs.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
