Cumplimiento de los sistemas de Seguridad, Ambiental y estándares Corporativos de Calidad. Administrar y dirigir la instalación y puesta en operación de todos los componentes del sistema PFS, implementando procesos estandarizados y participando directamente en los esfuerzos de la Planta para implementar procesos a prueba de error mediante el uso de tecnologías que apoyen el mejoramiento de la calidad (PFCS, AVI, FIS, CPTS, ALS).

Qualifications 1 Strategic % a.- To control the maintenance planning and who executes each activity (TMS).To assure projects to reduce maintenance cost (Steps 4 & 5) are applied to all similar equipment. 33.30 b.- Responsible to perform opportunistic maintenance activities during regular shifts and prepare maintenance materials and tools
c.- Best practices implementation according to the new technologies
2 Operational
a.- To track the OPE to perform corrective actions to improve. Analysis of EWO to find root cause and assure proper countermeasures. Comply environmental checklist & reports. 33.30 b.- To analyze the degradation pattern of the components to define the optimum replacement cycle. To collaborate with Production supervisor to assure autonomous maintenance activities.
c.- manage activities and assure completion of countermeasures from SEWO analysis. Analyze and participate during SEWO to define proper countermeasure. Compile SMAT audit. Verify and assure actions completion from SMAT audit. To assure proper segregation.
3 Resource Management
a.- Control implementation 34.00 b.- Good planning according with the Maintenance Domain Methodology
c.- Focus to get Hard Savings in your areas to reduce the losses
