This hands-on leadership role is ideal for an

opportunities, and escalate issues where required.
  • Coordinate equipment breakdown responses, lead fault finding
and root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Manage contractor engagement and ensure all maintenance work
is completed safely through effective permit-to-work processes and compliance
    with site procedures.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Australian
legislation, Henkel standards and site safety requirements, including the safe
    management of hazardous materials.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years' hands-on engineering or maintenance
experience within a manufacturing or process industry environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering (Cert IV, Diploma or
Degree) or significant experience as a senior tradesperson or maintenance
    supervisor.
  • Previous experience leading and developing maintenance
teams, with a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience with preventative maintenance, fault
finding, root cause analysis, Lean maintenance practices (TPM, 5S, Gemba) and
