We are currently seeking a dependable and hands-on full-time Maintenance Supervisor to support our Plant Director in maintaining our beautiful campus, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing.

Pay Range: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our community remains safe, functional, and welcoming. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily maintenance operations and team oversight
  • Performing general repairs and preventative maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Supporting a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC preferred)
  • Supervisory experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Knowledge of life safety systems is a plus
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and lead by example
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Must successfully pass a background check
