What You’ll Do

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and prepare units for new residents
• Supervise and train maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff
• Manage vendor work and maintenance budgets
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC experience and EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems
• CPO certification and pool maintenance experience a plus
• Basic tools and reliable transportation required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
