What You'll Do:

• Lead daily maintenance operations and service team performance
• Oversee apartment turns and preventive maintenance programs
• Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ensure community appearance and curb appeal standards are maintained
• Manage work orders efficiently and provide excellent resident service
• Maintain inventory and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused professional
