We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at The Grande at Indian Lake, a well-maintained apartment community in Hendersonville, TN. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multifamily maintenance
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
• CPO certification and pool maintenance experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete work orders and prepare units for move-ins
• Respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the property
• Supervise and support maintenance and grounds staff
• Manage inventory and control maintenance budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
