The Role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will work as part of a collaborative and professional maintenance team, ensuring our spectacular hotel delivers the best possible experience for our guests. The Maintenance Supervisor position ensures the continued high standard of presentation and operation of the Hotel building and services. The Maintenance Supervisor will be dedicated to delivering the Crystalbrook Collection Service Standards and ensuring our assets are maintained in optimum condition at all times.

About You:

We are seeking applications from trade professionals with proven supervisory experience in a similar role. Those demonstrating the following are encouraged to apply:

• A strong motivation for delivering excellence with a natural ambition and collaborative approach to teamwork
• A solid understanding of the importance of WH&S and the ability to manage and monitor multiple maintenance projects simultaneously
• Excellent communications skills, attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit
