Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily community in Bowling Green KY. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the property is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC certification and EPA certification required
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry
• Experience leading turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced apartment environment

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations
• Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians and vendors
• Manage work orders, make-readies, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure all safety standards and compliance requirements are met
• Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
