What You'll Do

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities
• Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance team members
• Coordinate and complete apartment turns to meet occupancy goals
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain curb appeal, building systems, and community standards
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Participate in emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities as required

What We're Looking For

Multifamily Maintenance Leadership Experience Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience required
• EPA Certification required
• Strong HVAC diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair experience
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Commitment to resident satisfaction and customer service
• Ability to prioritize and manage maintenance operations across multiple communities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
