Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations across multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment, facilities, and utilities while minimizing downtime and maintaining high safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across restaurant branches and facilities.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, electrical systems, plumbing, and general facilities are functioning efficiently.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
- Manage maintenance technicians and external contractors, ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
- Monitor maintenance costs and support budget planning and cost-control initiatives.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment service histories.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Operations and Branch Managers to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on business operations.
- Support new branch openings, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of maintenance experience within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, or Retail sectors.
- Previous experience supervising maintenance teams is required.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HVAC systems
- Refrigeration and cold storage equipment
- Commercial kitchen equipment
- Electrical and plumbing systems
- Preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is preferred.
