Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
- Prior Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) REQUIRED
- CPO Certification REQUIRED
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Ability to participate in after-hours emergency calls
- Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations for an 88-unit apartment community
- Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns/make-readies
- Maintain grounds, building systems, and community appearance
- Coordinate and supervise vendor work
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
- Maintain inventory and operate within budget expectations
- Deliver excellent service to residents while maintaining a safe, well-kept community
