What you’ll do
At Trouw Nutrition, we empower our people to Own their impact every day As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. You will plan, organize, and align maintenance and production schedules, lead daily maintenance meetings, and champion health and safety while driving continuous improvement, cost control, and operational excellence across the site.
