The Role

• Lead and support maintenance operations across multiple shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Act as a working supervisor, stepping in on complex repairs beyond team capability
• Train and develop maintenance technicians to improve team capability and reduce dependency
• Coordinate with vendors to source parts, equipment, and solutions as needed

Qualifications

• 6+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to lead by example.
