Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations, grounds & amenities
- Complete work orders and unit turns
- Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff
- Respond to on-call and emergency requests
- Coordinate vendors and manage inventory/budget
- Ensure OSHA, EPA & Fair Housing compliance
- Deliver excellent resident service
Requirements
- 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
- HVAC experience with EPA Type II or Universal certification
- Strong electrical, plumbing & general maintenance skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- CPO certification a plus
- Reliable transportation, basic tools & on-call availability
