About the Role:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the Head of Operations by leading the Maintenance Team at the Kirkham site. You will ensure production is maximized while following planned schedules, GMP, and SOP guidelines. Managing a team of six engineers and technicians of varying seniority, you will drive operational excellence, reliability, and safety, contributing to continuous improvement and the overall performance of site engineering operations.
