What You’ll Do

• Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
• Manage service requests, work orders, and unit turns
• Lead, train, and support maintenance team members
• Ensure property, grounds, and amenities are well-maintained
• Coordinate vendors and control maintenance expenses
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

What You Bring

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Leadership experience managing teams and vendors
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands
• Strong communication and customer service skills
