What awaits you?

Your mission is to ensure the successful ramp-up of the Battery Module production system within your Maintenance team.

  • Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance technicians across shifts.
  • Responsible of proactive implementation of the BMW work organization, the VPS methods and a continuous improvement process complement your interesting area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for controlling the production process about quality, quantity and costs and are the supervisor of the employees. Being the team leader for the production associates.
  • Managing people and resources, solving problems, quality assurance and production capability improvement, (optimization and cycle time) strong technical knowledge
  • Managing, instructing, and assigning tasks.
  • Ensure the correct start up of production.
  • Assume disciplinary, labor law-related and HR-related responsibilities according to the applicable laws, regulations, and BMW guidelines, as well as works agreements.

What should you bring along?

We are seeking an expert with significant industrial experience and proven leadership ability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, project management (preferably automotive). Other appropriate experience or qualifications in a related field of manufacturing like battery production or any technologies.
  • Good communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English required.
