What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general apartment maintenance
• Ability to handle after-hours emergencies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High school diploma or GED, basic tools, and reliable transportation

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all maintenance operations for the property
• Oversee and train team members
• Complete service requests and apartment turns
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
• Provide outstanding service to residents
• Manage vendors, inventory, and budget
