What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems and units as needed
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for a 90-unit community
- Complete and assist with service requests and apartment make-readies
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to Brookside standards
- Manage vendors, inventory, and maintenance budget
- Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours emergencies
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – required
- Proven ability to install HVAC systems/units
- Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors as needed
