Maintenance Supervisor
Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of sewing machines, based on the company's applicable standards and safety policies, ensuring optimal and safety policies, guaranteeing an optimal and efficient operation. Ensure optimal maintenance of sewing machines and their replacement parts, minimizing downtime in the replacement parts, minimizing downtime in the operation due to machine failures.
Maintenance leader for the sewing area, Continuous improvement project leadership and PD 2026 strategy member. KPIs for maintenance to be obtained based on the expertise and leadership of the position. Key Member in the AMC Group working as Technical Support rep. Without proper leadership and coordination, technician response times will slow, recurring failures may go unresolved, and critical start‑up readiness—especially during the first hour of production—will be compromised. The lack of supervision may lead to poor documentation, inconsistent compliance with safety procedures, and higher long‑term maintenance costs.
