Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities across machining, CNC, robotics, and induction equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment availability, asset reliability, and efficient work scheduling while supervising technicians, solving problems on the shop floor, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee shift operations, maintenance diagnostics, planning, documentation, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance personnel across rotating shifts and ensure full alignment with plant goals and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures, PLC systems (Siemens), CNC control systems, and robotic operations (Yaskawa).
  • Execute and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM), predictive tasks, and corrective actions.
  • Plan and assign daily maintenance workloads, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop maintenance schedules, manage documentation, and track work orders and equipment interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, safe work practices, lockout/tagout, and incident mitigation
  • Drive continuous improvement activities, including RCA, equipment optimization, and process troubleshooting.
  • Support machine reliability: lathes, milling, semi‑rigid equipment, induction heating systems, CNC equipment, and robotics.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure equipment readiness and operational stability.
  • Monitor KPIs, ensure documentation accuracy, and support audits, spare‑parts control, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Experience with:
    • PLC Siemens
    • CNC controls
    • Yaskawa robots
    • Induction equipment
    • Lathe and milling processes
    • Mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanic troubleshooting
  • Experience supervising teams and prioritizing maintenance activities.
  • Intermediate English (reading and writing).
