About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Gallery Group, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and supervising all associated repair works required to complete warranty and service maintenance claims across north and southeast Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing Jobs: Conducting detailed assessments of maintenance requests to determine the scope of work, necessary resources, and any potential obstacles.
  • Managing and following up all required trades to complete scope of works. Completing all job task requests and scheduling other tradespeople or service providers if required.
  • Ensuring all Job requests are closed in our software, and file notes/photos provided to suit.
  • Liaising with Client’s Property Managers: Serving as the main point of contact for property managers, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding maintenance requirements and schedules.
  • Scope of Works: Creating detailed plans for each job, specifying the tasks, materials, and time frames required.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

About You

  • Trade-qualified, with hands-on experience in Carpentry or Building.
  • QBCC Licence required
  • Proven experience in warranty and maintenance related role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
  • Proficient in using construction/project management software (Onsite Companion preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
  • Previous experience with a recognised residential builder.
