Stimson Lumber Company is looking for a passionate, driven Maintenance leader to oversee our maintenance program at our St. Maries, ID facility. Stimson, a leader in the Forest Products industry for over 160 years, believes in doing things right the first time. That is why your passion needs to lay in safe work practices and a strong preventive maintenance program. In this role you will lead a team of Maintenance Planners, Millwrights, Electricians, PLC Technicians, Mechanics, PM Technicians and Maintenance Cleanup Support. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing a team and will be an excellent communicator, able to set clear expectations and hold their team accountable for results. This position is part of a larger leadership team, working collaboratively on the overall success of the Mill. Schedule: Dayshift/Salary position.
