Thiess is accepting applications for the role of Maintenance Superintendent located in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the delivery of safe, efficient, reliable and cost-managed assets to our operation. They will be required to provide direction to the maintenance staff and will be responsible for all areas of asset and maintenance management, including but not limited to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, completing planned and unplanned maintenance events, asset availability/reliability, warehousing/inventory and financial management.

The salary range for this role is minimum $140,080 to a maximum of $175,100 CAD. The salary range is provided in good faith and is representative of all experience levels. Thiess considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills and is ultimately determined at management’s discretion.
