The purpose of the Maintenance Specialist is to keep the premises in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of restrooms including stocking all paper products and soap.
• Taking out trash.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Cleaning of all glass, seats, vending machines, and ATM’s.
• Order and/or pickup supplies weekly.
• Maintain water fountain and add chemicals as needed.
• Water flowers seasonally.
• Special projects as needed.
• May be required to cross train and perform other duties.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Strong people skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
• Ability to navigate and access all required facilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Close vision required for computer-related activities.

Exact compensation determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
