Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory of parts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
  • Install new systems and equipment as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
  • Train and guide junior staff or apprentices in maintenance procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Degree in engineering preferable Mechanical or Electrical

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
  • Good physical condition and strength to perform manual labor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy

Language Skills: Greek or / and English

Working hours:

· 7:00-15:00 Monday-Friday
