Our Maintenance team plays a vital role in supporting service delivery by ensuring wireline tools and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. We enable operational excellence by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting complex systems, and ensuring assets are ready for deployment. We partner closely with field operations and engineering teams to deliver reliable equipment that meets customer and business needs.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to execute maintenance, repair, and testing of wireline tools and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment performance, safety, and compliance while supporting service delivery teams with asset readiness.

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing inspection, testing, cleaning, and repair of wireline tools and equipment.
• Conducting assembly/disassembly and system-level validation of downhole and surface equipment.
• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance, fault finding, and functional testing.
• Managing incoming inspection and post-job evaluation of equipment.
• Ensuring equipment preservation, storage readiness, and accurate documentation of maintenance history.
• Supporting work preparation, including spare parts planning and repair scope definition.
• Participating in root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Following HSE policies, maintenance procedures, and quality standards.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Have experience in maintenance, repair, and testing of wireline tools and equipment.
• Possess strong expertise in electro-mechanical and electronic systems, with experience in Sondex tools or similar wireline product lines highly preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting circuits, sensors, telemetry, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Be experienced in SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
• Be skilled in reading schematics, circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Be a collaborative team player with strong coordination skills across field and operations teams.
• Should be willing to travel internatioally
