Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
This role is contributing to the EL smart power business in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Work out equipment preventive maintenance plan and coach Technician to implement the PM, to improve the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the equipment.
- Support the maintenance technician to minimize breakdown disruptions and fix the problem of production line tooling/equipment related, including electrical, PLC and Labview program failure.
- Provide technical training for maintenance technician to improve their ability.
- Support Technician to train operator for machine operating, daily maintenance, minor problem solving, and safety related.
- Lead improvement projects to reduce breakdowns，TPM activities and continuous optimize the equipment maintenance and production line.
- Solves technical issues of equipment to achieve higher performance.
- Responsible for the equipment retrofit, equipment tasks of projects and single machine introduction on responsible area.
- Finish the assigned tasks.
- Comply with safety rule and work on safety related activities.
Qualifications for the role - Bachelor’s degree and above in Mechatronics
- Good at electrical automation and PLC equipment maintenance
- Experience with ABB Robot debugging and programing is preferred.
- Be familiar with brazing process and technology is preferred.
- Good experience on equipment TPM and project management
- Good at Microsoft office
- Good communication skill and team collaboration.
- Good at English reading and writing, basic oral English
- Be familiar with Lean 6 Sigma knowledge and experience is preferred.
- At least 5 years working experience.
- Willing to work overtime and quick respond to production order and agile.
- Strong ability to work independently and work under pressure, able to handle multiple work.
