Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 11 $22.600 to $24.210 (3 step range)

Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience
  • Twelve (12) months previous experience in a maintenance environment

Education

  • Fireman Boiler Operator certificate

Other Education and Training

  • Pool Operator certificate is acceptable, where required
  • Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by job
  • Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job

  • Knowledge of tools and equipment

Other Information

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Successful candidate has to be proficient in grounds equipment, including skid steers, riding lawn mowers, push mowers, sweepers, loaders, snowblowers, trimmers, etc.
