Overall governance
• Ensure understanding of policies, standards, work processes and procedures to provide guidelines to junior members.
• Support periodic revision of policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures that are relevant to Solar Panel Maintenance work to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company's policies & compliance with relevant governance.

Function-Related Accountabilities
• Supervise solar panel maintenance work and other relevant tasks within the shift to comply with company's policies and objectives.
• Supervise and coordinate subordinates' work to ensure solar panel maintenance undertakings within the shift are on time, effective, and in accordance with the required standards.
• Supervise routine and preventive maintenance of solar panels during the shift, including panel cleaning, thermo-scanning, and ground system check in order to ensure smooth operations of solar panels.
• Supervise panel key indicators for solar panel status, including but not limited to panel cleanliness, dust level, temperature level, etc. in order to prevent unexpected breakdown during the shift
• Supervise the inspection of solar power generation performance within the shift in order to ensure optimal power generation.
• Inform, if needed, the immediate superior of maintenance work that requires services from outsourced parties to ensure general upkeeping of company's assets.
• Handle accidents and injuries inflicted on subordinates to ensure their personal safety at work during the shift.
• Analyze, identify and respond to hazards faced by subordinates to contain operational risks and ensure work safety.
