You lead and coordinate all maintenance activities within the plant to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and alignment with production goals. You act as a key link between maintenance and operations, driving safety, performance, and continuous improvement across shifts

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Maintenance Supervisors across all shifts to ensure consistent performance.
  • Coordinate shift handovers and communication to maintain operational continuity.
  • Align maintenance priorities with production needs and plant objectives.
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, cost, and backlog.
  • Enforce safety standards including LOTO and permit-to-work systems.
  • Manage maintenance resources, including workforce allocation and spare parts usage.
  • Drive continuous improvement through RCA, TPM, lean practices, and audit initiatives.
Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, including supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills in a multi-shift environment.
  • Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance planning and tracking.
  • Proficiency in English and French, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
