We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to serve as the key point of contact between maintenance and operations. In this role, you will create and manage weekly schedules for maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and safety through proactive planning and coordination.
· Develop and maintain weekly maintenance schedules in collaboration with operations and maintenance teams.
· Review pre-trip reports and schedule corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.
· Manage work orders daily, including rescheduling incomplete work and closing completed tasks.
· Monitor and report on work orders, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
· College diploma or trades certificate
· Experience in maintenance scheduling
· Mechanical knowledge/aptitude
· 2–5 years of experience in maintenance scheduling
· Background in business or automotive service technology
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
