Lincoln Parks and Recreation is hiring a Maintenance Repair Worker I for Air Park Community Center and Williams Branch Library. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping our facility and grounds in excellent condition so the community experiences a space that is clean, safe, and welcoming. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable individual with experience in custodial work, general building repair, groundskeeping, and basic HVAC knowledge. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, planning work efficiently, communicating clearly, and contributing to a positive team culture where everyone supports one another.
This position plays a key part in the daily functioning and appearance of Air Park Community Center and Williams Branch Library. The Maintenance Repair Worker will:
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Seasonal adjustments of the schedule may be required.
