Job Description

• Lead a team to manage (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) MRO activities (ie. Preventive maintenance/ Corrective maintenance) for a fleet of Armament systems and ensure it’s performed on schedule
• Responsible to ensure contractual monthly performances of Armament systems is met
• Required to prepare Service report, indentation of spares and coordination of works with customers and internal stakeholders
• Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S are performed in the workshop

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering field, prefer Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge in SAP and military armament systems will be preferred
• Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and lead a team
• Preferably candidate to possess class 3 driving license
