Responsibilities:
Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment runs at peak performance, minimizing downtime, and promoting cost-effectiveness.
Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment that emphasizes quality, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Utilize Limble (CMMS) to create comprehensive maintenance schedules, fostering proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking across departments.
Uphold our commitment to respect, diversity, and financial sustainability in all aspects of your work, including managing the maintenance budget responsibly.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment with our company culture and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mech./Electrical preferred) or extensive relevant experience.
Experience in leading maintenance teams, preferably in the flexible converting industry.
Strong leadership qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, effectiveness, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Technical expertise: Comprehensive understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Software proficiency: Proficient in CMMS (Limble) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptability and resilience: Ability to handle the physical demands of a manufacturing environment, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks with a positive and open mindset.
