POSITION:

Maintenance - Quad

LOCATION:

Eden Prairie High School

RATE OF PAY:

$34.77 = $34.17 (base) + $0.60 (night differential)

HOURS PER DAY:

10 hours per day, 4 days per week

START & ENDING TIME:

2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

WORKING DAYS PER YEAR:

208

PAID HOLIDAYS:

12

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid bus driver's license (CDL) required within probationary period.
• Ability to obtain 2nd Class B boiler license within probationary period.
• Ability to obtain 2nd Class B High Pressure license within 15 months.
• 3 Years custodial experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform minor repair jobs, set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and take direction from

several sources.

• Ability to read and comprehend basic operation instructions.
• Ability to set priorities, manage and supervise multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

TESTING REQUIRED:

All job offers from Eden Prairie Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and ISD 272 School Board approval. Offers for these positions will also be conditioned upon passing a pre-employment physical abilities test.
