As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our facilities management. Your mission will be to ensure our spaces are safe, efficient, and foster employee well-being. We’re looking for a proactive and strategic leader who is hands-on and ready to guide a skilled team of maintenance technicians while collaborating with various departments to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facility Operations: Lead the day-to-day management of all facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and top-notch service delivery.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative maintenance strategies that align with our organizational goals, enhancing employee experience and driving efficiency.

- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Budget Management: Take charge of the facility maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs without compromising quality.

- Maintenance Oversight: Supervise all facility maintenance, emergency repairs, and construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.

- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

- Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations through regular audits and risk assessments.

- Sustainability Initiatives: Champion programs focused on sustainability, energy efficiency, and waste reduction to create a better workplace.

- Emergency Preparedness: Create and implement comprehensive emergency response plans to safeguard staff and minimize disruption during crises.

Minimum Requirements

- 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or a related field with a proven track record in managing complex facilities.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance best practices.

- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities management.

- Strong budget management and financial acumen.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

- Practical knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
