
This position performs skilled plumbing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work on City facilities under the supervision of the Assistant Construction Manager.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Master Plumber License preferred and 10 years of plumbing experience. The ability to receive a BPAT license and Customer Service Inspections for new and existing services. Must possess a valid Texas class "C" driver's license or higher.
The work is heavy and requires the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally with assistance, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Additionally, the following physical abilities are required: balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, feeling, fingering, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, speaking, standing, stooping, visual acuity, and walking.
